Roles and Responsibilities
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will
develop and maintain relationships with dealers, site contractors, and building owners to promote
and sell our range of construction products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication
skills, a strong understanding of the construction industry, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and Prospect: Identify potential clients including dealers, site contractors, and
building owners within the assigned territory. Conduct market research to understand
customer needs and preferences.
• Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand their
requirements and promote our products. Build and maintain strong relationships with
existing and potential clients.
• Product Presentation: Present product features, advantages, and benefits to clients
effectively. Provide product demonstrations and samples as needed.
• Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure sales
agreements. Follow up on leads and quotations to close deals on time.
• Market Analysis:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Provide feedback to the management team to enhance product offerings and sales
strategies.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions,
sales orders, and payments. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
review.
• Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Address
any customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure
smooth order processing and delivery. Coordinate with the warehouse team to fulfill client
orders efficiently.
