Any customer service or administrative roles that demonstrate skills in communication, organization, and teamwork.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to analyze data and identify trends or issues.
Basic understanding of financial principles, especially in billing or accounts receivable.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Capable of effectively interacting with team members, clients, or patients.
Eagerness to Learn: Open to feedback and committed to continuous professional development.
Adaptability: Ability to adjust to new tasks and environments quickly.
