Job Description:

1. site engineer is Responsible for safe execution of HVAC system at site
and on time completion.

2. Coordination with customers and internal stakeholders, consultants
3. Proactive planning
4. Measurement certification on monthly basis
5. Material reconciliations responsibility
6. Store management at site
7. Contractor management
8. Reconciliation of measurements with Contractor and
Customer
9. Preparation of catch plan
10. Schedule/shift-wise work planning
11. Documentation preparation/adherence, e.g., method
statements, DC, invoicing, vendor bills, contractor bills, etc.
12. As built drg marking
13. Changes approval from customer/consultant
14. Extra Claims
15. Planning of third-party service support in advance.
16. Should be able to handle projects worth 20-35 crores.

Candidate Profile:
Hands-on experience in MEP\EPC\HVAC projects

Qualification: Diploma/Degree

Minimum Exp. 2 years

Maximum Exp. 5 Years

Location : All Over India
