Test Manager - Life Insurance

Experience: 7 -10 Yrs

Location - Mumbai

Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in life insurance (Mandatory)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Testing and QA roles, with at least 3-5 years in a Project Management role.
  
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), test methodologies, and best practices.
  
• Proven experience with various types of testing
  
• Experience in leading large-scale QA/testing projects in Agile and Waterfall environments.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  
• Understanding of test frameworks and strategies.
  
• ISTQB or PMP certification is an added advantage.
