Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer Cloud Monitoring Operations

Experience: 5-10 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer with hands-on experience in cloud monitoring, infrastructure automation, and incident management. The ideal candidate will provide L1/L2 support, monitor cloud-based platforms, troubleshoot issues, and build automation solutions using Python and Terraform.

Roles Responsibilities

• L1/L2 Support: Provide technical support for platform users, troubleshooting and resolving incidents efficiently.
• Cloud Monitoring Operations: Set up, configure, and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions for Azure/GCP environments.
• Incident Problem Management: Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement long-term fixes.
• Infrastructure Automation: Develop Terraform scripts for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
• Python Scripting: Build and maintain automation scripts for operational efficiency.
• System Upgrades Patching: Support upgrades and patching for services and platform components.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to ensure system reliability and performance.

Required Skills Experience

• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with Azure and GCP for cloud monitoring and operations.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Strong proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Python Scripting: Experience writing automation scripts in Python for cloud and DevOps tasks.
• Monitoring Logging: Familiarity with tools like Splunk, ServiceNow, or similar.
• Incident Management: Strong understanding of troubleshooting, RCA, and problem resolution.
• Version Control CI/CD: Experience with Git and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

Work Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
