Python Developer

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and ensuring optimal performance.

• Data Science & Automation: Develop and implement advanced data science models, machine learning algorithms, and automation scripts to optimize business processes.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior Python developers in best practices, coding standards, and project development to ensure high-quality deliverables.

What You Need to Have

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy Python applications, with a focus on web applications using Django/Flask frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize web features and functionality.
• Apply data science methods to analyze and interpret data, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
• Implement machine learning algorithms and models for predictive analytics, if applicable.
• Create and manage databases using relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and NoSQL databases.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Work with version control systems (Git) for collaborative development.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience in developing web applications with Django and/or Flask.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience working with data processing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or similar.
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.

Education Qualifications

• Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in Python, data science, or related fields are a plus.
