Your Background:

• Graduate or post graduate in Electrical/Electronics/Computer sciences
• A minimum of 12-14 years of relevant experience in ADAS product features testing, Infotainment, high performance computing platforms testing in vehicle, HIL
• Experience with various data loggers, debugging tools
• Experience with people management, leading 10-15 people technically
• Test process and methodologies for vehicle testing and structured problem analysis
• Strong System testing concepts, test methods, data logging
• Exposure to Communication protocol : CAN,LIN, Flexray, Ethernet
• Preferred skills: Experience in achieving A-SPICE process compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate or post-graduate in
• Exposure to agile development process
• Know-how on Functional Safety standards and Testing
• Know-how on NCAP regulations for ADAS
• Hands on experience with EazyBI, JIRA, Polarion
• Highly self-motivated and energetic
• Good negotiation and influencing skills
• Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal skills with an effective communication and presentation ability
