Business Development (International Business)

Brief of the Role:

Responsible for the business development, operations (and translation of co. collaterals) activities of the assigned countries to ensure set targets are achieved and business grows remarkably.

Role & responsibilities

Franchise/Center Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners or center managers.
• Provide regular support, training, and guidance to franchisees to achieve sales, Marketing, and operational goals.

Sales Target Achievement:

• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and corrective actions as necessary.

Reporting:

• Prepare and present detailed sales reports, including pipeline management and forecasts, to business head(s)

Marketing Plan Development and Execution:

• Create and implement marketing plans aligned with sales objectives to drive franchise growth and center performance.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Digital Marketing:

• Design and oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns, making data-driven decisions for improvements.

Promotional Activities:

• Plan and execute promotional events, webinars, and workshops to attract franchise inquiries and boost sales.
• Collaborate with creative teams for the development of promotional materials such as brochures, banners, and videos.

Market Research:

• Conduct competitor analysis and customer feedback studies to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Stay updated on industry developments to keep marketing and sales strategies relevant.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-2 years of experience in international business/ franchise management experience.
• Relationship building and stakeholder management.
• Strategic marketing and digital campaign oversight.
• Strong understanding of global market dynamics and trends
