HR and Recruiter Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR cum Recruiter to manage our recruitment process and support our human resources initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct job analysis and write clear, compelling job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process.
2. Onboarding:
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Prepare orientation materials and conduct orientation sessions.
3. HR Support:
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
4. Performance Management:
• Assist in the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers.
• Help identify training and development needs for employees.
5. Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
