Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate should be a Graduate /MBA with 10years experience in institutional Sales of living space/villas as a Manager in large real estate companies.

• 8+ years of experience in Villa Sales/Apartment Sales, preferably in Hyderabad or surrounding locations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote residential villas and flats within our construction projects.
• Good communication skills and a pleasing personality
• Identify and engage potential buyers through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts.
• Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing the unique features of each property.
• Guide clients through the sales process, including preparing offers, negotiating terms, and managing contracts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns focused on residential properties.
• Marketing experience is an added advantage
• Strong ability to pursue sales targets and achieve the desired results
• Team handling experience
