We are seeking an experienced and motivated Second Home Sales person to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in finding their perfect second home. You will leverage your sales expertise, market knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management
Engage with prospective buyers to understand their preferences, needs, and financial capabilities.
Provide personalized recommendations and guide clients through the buying process.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
2. Sales and Negotiation
Present second home options like plots, villas etc that align with client preferences.
Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Market Knowledge
Stay up-to-date with real estate trends, market conditions, and property values in key second-home locations.
Conduct property tours and provide detailed property insights to clients.
4. Marketing and Networking
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available properties and attract potential buyers.
Attend industry events, open houses, and networking opportunities to build a strong client base.
5. Administrative Duties
Prepare and manage required documentation, including purchase agreements and closing paperwork.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
