Tech Lead Architect

Requirement:
Extensive experience in building multi-level marketing (MLM) products
and/or commissions rule engine. This involves:
o Complex business logic implementation
o Hierarchical data structures
o Real-time calculation and reporting systems
Experience building 0 to 1 product with scalable architectural design
Expertise with NodeJS, React, Python to build a powerful tech stack of
modern web applications.
At least 5-10 years of experience in building SaaS products in the Public Cloud with expertise in Microservices Design, Containerization, Cloud nativen architecture
3+ years experience in designing architecture.
Big plus experience with LLM Models, NLP, etc.
The ideal candidate should also possess:
o 3+ years of experience managing small teams (5-10 people)
o Strong architectural design skills
o Excellent communication abilities
o A self-motivated, "can-do" startup mentality
