Urgent hiring For Technical Architect / Tech Lead

Position Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Technical Architect / Tech Lead / Developer with a proven track record in software development, technical architecture, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering large-scale web and mobile application projects, leveraging in-depth expertise in Node JS frameworks, PHP, modern front-end technologies such as React, and cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.

This role demands a strong ability to design scalable and secure systems while managing and overseeing mobile application development for Android and iOS platforms, ensuring seamless integration and on-time delivery of high-quality solutions

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership

• Define and implement technical architecture for robust web and mobile applications.
• Lead development using Node Js, PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, CakePHP, Symfony), CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla), and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular).
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems with a focus on optimization and availability.
• Supervise mobile development efforts for Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift), ensuring adherence to architectural and performance standards.
• Evaluate and select technology stacks, approve UI/UX designs, and create technical wireframes.

2. Cloud Expertise

• Architect, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions on Azure and AWS.
• Design infrastructure with a focus on scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.

3. Project Management

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, define project scope, and identify risks.
• Develop comprehensive project roadmaps and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with Agile methodologies and utilizes project management tools for optimal efficiency.

4. Team and Delivery Management

• Lead cross-functional teams of 5 to 200 members, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Conduct code reviews, resolve technical challenges, and mentor team members in tackling complex problems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless third-party integrations and innovation-driven solutions.

5. Client Communication

• Serve as the primary technical liaison, delivering project updates and gathering feedback.
• Ensure client requirements are met with timely, high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills and Expertise

Technical Skills

• Advanced knowledge of NodeJS, PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, CakePHP, Symfony) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: React, Angular, jQuery, HTML/CSS.
• Expertise in Azure and AWS, including cloud architecture and deployment.
• Proven experience with mobile development for Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift).
• Strong database management skills, especially with MySQL and other relational databases.

Specialized Knowledge

• Expertise in performance optimization, scalability, and security best practices.
• Deep understanding of microservices and monolithic architecture.
• Experience with blockchain-based solutions, SaaS platforms, and API integrations.
