Job Title: Business Developer - Human Resource Outsourcing Services

Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Business Developer to expand our Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) services. The ideal candidate will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and offering tailored HR solutions aligned with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Research & Strategy : Identify new markets and opportunities, analyze trends, and develop growth strategies.

- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Build relationships with C-level executives, develop tailored proposals, and lead negotiations.

- Sales & Revenue Generation : Meet sales targets, secure new clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Collaboration & Networking : Work with marketing on lead generation, represent the company at industry events, and align client needs with internal teams.

- Reporting & Analysis : Track sales metrics, maintain CRM records, and conduct post-sale analyses to improve client satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, HR, or related field.

Experience : 3-5 years in business development, sales, or HR outsourcing.

Skills : Strong knowledge of HR outsourcing, excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency.

Competencies : Strategic thinking, customer focus, strong organizational skills, and adaptability.
