MDM testing role for BLR/Pune/Gurgaon location. Need only Immediate Joiners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for MDM implementations.
• Validate data consolidation, de-duplication, and survivorship rules to ensure accurate master records.
• Perform ETL testing to verify data ingestion, transformation, and integration across multiple sources.
• Conduct data quality testing by defining and validating data quality rules, including completeness, accuracy, and consistency checks.
• Test MDM workflows, matching algorithms, and reference data mappings to ensure system reliability.
• Perform integration testing with downstream applications such as ERP, and analytics platforms.
• Validate API interactions, including data retrieval, updates, and synchronization across systems.
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements in the Life Sciences domain.
• Support performance and scalability testing to assess system stability under varying data loads.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in testing MDM solutions, preferably in Life Sciences.
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts, including data consolidation, de-duplication, survivorship, and hierarchy management.
• Hands-on experience with ETL testing, SQL queries, and data validation techniques.
• Experience with MDM platforms like Reltio
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automation testing frameworks for MDM solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud-based MDM implementations (AWS, Azure, GCP).
