Reltio MDM Developer- Healthcare/Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical Domain

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Reltio MDM solutions for managing master data within the organization, focusing on life sciences or healthcare domains.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain data integration workflows, including data cleansing, validation, and transformation within the Reltio platform.
• Create and manage data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) in Reltio to ensure efficient data storage, access, and reporting.
• Implement data governance policies, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards, particularly in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, data scientists, business users) to ensure data consistency and synchronization across systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM processes and provide technical support to business users.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting of the Reltio MDM platform as necessary.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate data quality, functionality, and system performance.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and other relevant regulations for data security and privacy in healthcare or life sciences.
• Provide guidance on data quality best practices, data stewardship, and continuous improvements in the MDM space.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), with a focus on Reltio MDM platform.
• Strong expertise in Reltio platform architecture, data modeling, and data integration.
• Solid understanding of MDM concepts such as data governance, data quality, and data stewardship.
• Experience in the life sciences or healthcare domain, with an understanding of the unique data challenges and regulatory requirements within these sectors.
• Proficient in data integration tools and technologies (ETL processes, web services, RESTful APIs).
• Experience with data quality tools and data cleansing techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) and how they relate to Reltio MDM.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets and solve data-related problems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Solid experience in SQL, data manipulation, and data transformation.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, and other healthcare/life sciences data privacy standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
