Job Description
We are looking for someone who loves building beautiful, effective user experiences and highly reliable mobile applications.You will be responsible for building new features and maintaining existing capabilities in our Android apps
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product manager and designer to enhance our world class Android app
- Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code
- Ensure best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- Making sure the app is up to date with best industry practices
- Proactively Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Android platform, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Understanding of Googles Android design principles and interface guidelines
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementation
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as BitBucket
- Experience with audio/video streaming apps will be given high preference
- Minimum 3 years of experience
