We are looking for a highly experienced Backend Lead to lead our backend team and manage projects as a Project Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the backend development team and oversee the successful execution of projects.
• Architect and develop robust backend solutions using PHP Laravel framework.
• Collaborate with frontend developers working on React.js for seamless integration.
• Implement and manage cloud-based solutions using AWS services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Maintain code quality by conducting regular reviews and implementing best practices.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and team performance to ensure project success.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Skills and Requirements

• PHP Laravel Expertise: Strong experience in building and managing scalable backend applications.
• Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
• Frontend Integration: Working knowledge of React.js for effective collaboration with frontend teams.
• Database Management: Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases.
• Team Leadership: Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams of developers.
• Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for effective client and team interaction.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
