Fulfillment Professional

Fulfillment regional focal works with regional Planning group to ensure fulfillment of Target stocking levels.

Ideal candidate needs to have a good understanding of Planning, Procurement & logistic operations, along with good data analytics skills

Key Responsibilities
Ensure a steady stream of supply for Target Stocking levels in depots and consignments.

Daily duties may include:
* Monitoring Target Stocking levels
* Balancing supply and demand in the network
* Making sure right transactions are created with right levels to ensure parts reach customer consignments
* Responding to stakeholders queries and directing them to right solutions
* Escalate and follow up on customer requirements not being met
* Working in different time zones to support regional demands.

Skills needed
* Good team player
* Plenty of initiative and can work unsupervised
* Good communication skills
* Attention to details.

* No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members

* Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents

* Ability to perform complex analysis on spreadsheets and other IT tools
* Ability to write SQL queries for data gathering from databases
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisions quickly

Necessary to Have
* advanced knowledge of MS-excel, SAP-MM and SCM concepts
* Strong project management and Data analytics skills
