• Technical skills
  

Proficiency in Java is must. They should also understand object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, data structures, and algorithms.

Previous exp on Golang will be added advantage.

• Soft skills
  

Should be able to collaborate effectively with team members, adapt to new technologies, and work under pressure. Should have strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning.

• Database management
  

Knowledge of both relational and non relational DB like mysql, postgresql, nodal

• Version control systems
  

Familiar with version control systems like Git. They should also understand building tools like Ant, Maven, and Gradle.

• Microservices
  

Building microservices instead of monolithic applications. Should have knowledge on

Domain-Driven Design & Failure Isolation.

• System Design
  

Low level system design & high level system design is must

• Additional Skills: (Good to have)
