LambdaTest - Application Support Engineer (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Provide advanced technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to our products and services.

- Escalate critical issues to engineering and development teams as needed.

- Document and track all support interactions in our ticketing system.

- Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact customers.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support coverage.

- Collaborate with other teams to improve our support processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

- 3-6 years of experience in a technical support role.

- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and routing.

- Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems.

- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
