Job Description

You are curious, resourceful, and team-orientedPolyWorks India is currently looking for an Application Specialist who embodies these qualities!

This position consists of providing PolyWorks-related technical services to our clients and is based in Bengaluru/Hosur . Join our team and come transpose your skills into the world of 3D metrology!

You have not had the chance to work with PolyWorks yetRest assured, our team of experts will provide the best training to allow you to perform the following tasks:

Responsibilities

Gain an in-depth understanding of our solutions to offer basic and expert-level technical support to our customers
Provide our customers with training sessions, which normally last three to four days, to ensure that they efficiently use our solutions in their manufacturing or design processes
Perform advanced software demonstrations that are adapted to the specific needs of our potential customers
Participate in our marketing events, such as tradeshows, seminars, webinars, conferences, etc.
Pay strategic visits to clients in collaboration with technical management and sales.

This position is primarily home-based and requires frequent travel across the Indian territory (primarily South India).

Qualifications

Hold a university degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or a similar field
Be proficient in written and verbal communication in Tamil, Kannada and English
Have at least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience regarding manufacturing processes in industries such as automotive, aeronautics, energy, and in 3D metrology environments, quality control, and production processes
Be available and willing to travel frequently
Display well-developed interpersonal skills
Be determined to understand and meet the needs of our customers
Demonstrate a strong interest for teamwork
Will be considered an asset: proven experience in CNC CMM programming and familiarity with CAD/CAM software as well as design.
