Job Description
- MBA graduates from premier business schools Freshers or with 1-2 years of Product Management experience with a strong flair for technology (ERP/SAP experience desirable)
- For fresh MBA graduates, experience in a Technology related role prior to MBA
- A strong desire to make the world a better place through technology and innovation
- Ability to utilize user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions
- An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences
- Experience leading projects and teams
- Strong aptitude and understanding of technology
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence decision making in a matrix organization through data and persuasive communication
- Proven ability to understand customer requirements, identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas that can grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Proven success in launching successful products and features.
- Detail and design oriented and focused on delivering world class end-user experience.
- Experience in a consulting environment with demonstrated collaboration, creativity and innovation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Ability to lead and drive product roadmaps across engineering, sales, marketing functions.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different functional groups, developers, business owners, and senior business leaders.
- Ability to team with and influence people at all levels across functions.
- Excellent presentation and client facing skills
- Strong leadership skills to lead by influence and not authority.
