Job Description
Senior Consultant SAP BW/4HANA
- Design, development, and optimization of advanced BW models, including DataStore Objects (DSO), InfoCubes, MultiProviders, InfoSets, InfoObjects, Advanced DataStore Objects (ADSO), and Composite Providers.
- Implement LSA++ architecture, Mixed Modelling, and Calculation Views to ensure scalable and high-performance solutions.
- Develop and enhance DataSources, custom extractors using function modules, and coding in BW transformations (Start routine, End routine). Demonstrate proficiency in AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures).
- Develop and manage reporting solutions using BEx Query Designer and Analysis for Office (AFO).
- Utilize SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to deliver advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Leverage functional knowledge in Finance, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (OTC) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and add value.
- Work independently and mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective BW solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience in Extraction, Modelling, and Reporting using BEx Query and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Strong knowledge of LSA++ architecture, Mixed Modelling, and Calculation Views.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Data Extraction from ECC/S4 using ODP, SDI, and SLT.
- Proficient in ABAP, including Data Source enhancements, custom extractor creation using function modules, coding in BW Transformation (Start routine, End routine), and AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures).
- Good experience in CDS view-based extraction.
- Functional knowledge in Finance, P2P, and OTC processes.
