Job Summary
Appletree Building Maintenance Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Electrician with expertise in panel wiring and motor binding to join our team. The Electrician will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment, including specialized tasks related to electrical panels and motor systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment across facilities.
• Panel Wiring: Assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels according to design specifications and safety standards.
• Motor Binding & Maintenance: Conduct motor binding, testing, and repairs to ensure proper functioning and longevity of motors.
• Inspection & Troubleshooting: Perform regular inspections to identify and address faults in electrical systems, panels, and motors.
• Compliance: Ensure all electrical work adheres to regulatory standards and safety protocols.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all electrical activities, including repairs, inspections, and installations.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members, including engineers and technicians, for seamless project execution.
• Emergency Repairs: Respond promptly to electrical emergencies, particularly those involving panel and motor issues, to minimize downtime.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Minimum Experience, 1-3 years of experience as an electrician, with hands-on experience in panel wiring and motor binding.
• Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in assembling and wiring electrical panels.
• Strong knowledge of motor binding techniques, including testing and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Skilled in using electrical tools and testing devices like voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters.

• Certifications: Licensed electrician certification is preferred.
• Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
