Job Description

The ideal candidate will have broad and deep Workday experience and be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. This individual should have strong analytical and some leadership skills to handle a variety of activities and complexities spanning the organization. Candidates must be willing to work at a very detailed level while understanding the overall business outcome. - Maintaining functional configuration and translations in Workday across 50+ Countries and 15+ languages. - Configuration of HCM enhancements through the monthly sprint cycle - Generate, execute and independently troubleshoot mass data loads, using Workday EIB Templates or any other means - Gain alignment between the technology and business strategy by proactive partnering with cross functional teams - QA Testing and partnering with the People UAT team on initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of comprehensive configuration experience with Workday Core HCM
Hands-on experience with Workday s Translation Framework for global organizations using a multitude of languages, locales and localization settings
Solid knowledge of all the WD product touch points
Strong analytical, product management and leadership skills to handle a variety of activities and complexities spanning the organization
Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure
Proactively assess new tasks coming to the team via the intake process, quickly assess priority and take appropriate action to resolve or reach out.
Influence technology direction of the team to enhance the teams toolset and skills.
Maintain consistent and effective communications globally with partner teams, managers and leadership to ensure visibility to the work being done.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Data Science, or related field.
Ability to collaborate with team members in a virtual setting.
Workday certification preferred
