Job Overview:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled SAP Business One Functional Consultant Specialist to join our Information Technology team. The SAP Business One Functional Consultant Specialist will be responsible for providing expert-level support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end-users and stakeholders utilizing the SAP Business One ERP system. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP Business One environment and delivering exceptional support to our organization..

Responsibilities:

• User Support: Provide responsive and effective support to end-users, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests related to SAP Business One.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
• Configuration and Customization: Collaborate with the IT team to configure and customize SAP Business One modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests, solutions, and system changes, creating and updating documentation as needed.
• Training: Conduct user training sessions and create training materials to empower end-users in effectively utilizing SAP Business One features.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the stability and reliability of SAP Business One.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization, providing recommendations for enhancements or updates.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to address complex issues and implement system changes.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure SAP Business One compliance with data security and privacy standards, actively participating in security audits and measures .

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience of minimum 5 years as an SAP Business One Functional Consultant Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Business One modules and functionalities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with system configuration and customization is a plus.
• SAP Business One certification is desirable.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management is an advantage.
