Role Overview:

We are seeking skilled Appian Developers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be

responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Appian-based applications that

streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into

technical solutions using Appian.

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Appian applications to meet business needs.

- Implement process workflows, data models, and Appian interfaces.

- Customize Appian plug-ins and integrate with third-party systems as required.

- Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize applications for performance.

- Prepare technical documentation and provide user support/training when necessary.

- Stay up to date with Appian best practices and platform updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Appian development.

- Certifications: Appian Level 1 certification (or higher) is preferred.

- Technical Proficiency.

- Strong knowledge of Appian components (SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, etc.).

- Experience with Appian integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, and Databases.

- Proficiency in SQL and database design.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Java, JavaScript, or related technologies.

- Familiarity with Appian DevOps tools and practices.
