IT/Engineering Specialist

Role & responsibilities :

Client Acquisition and Engagement: Identify, connect with, and establish relationships with European clients who have project requirements. Understand client needs and explain our process of outsourcing development to an external team.

Requirements Documentation: Gather and document all client requirements in detail, ensuring that the project specifications are clear and comprehensive for external development teams.

Team Coordination: Act as a liaison between clients and external development teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Trainee Mentorship: Manage and mentor junior team members or trainees, guiding them in client communication and documentation skills.

Preferred candidate profile :

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or a related field.

Customer and Business Knowledge: Strong understanding of business and customer processes, ideally with experience in customer-facing or account management roles.

Documentation Skills: High typing speed and attention to detail for accurate documentation of client requirements.

Adaptability to European Time Zone: Willingness to work European hours (12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST).

Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
