Assistant Manager -In-App Merchandising Planning & Execution

We are hiring an Assistant Manager In-App Merchandising Planning & Execution. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about eCommerce, data-driven decision-making, and driving business growth. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping pricing strategies, sales forecasting, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pricing and Promotions Management:
• Execute daily pricing operations and promotional offers to achieve topline and bottom-line targets. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless pricing execution and discount reconciliations.
• Data Analysis and Insights:
• Analyze platform-level metrics to identify opportunities and resolve challenges for improved return on investment. Conduct sales forecasting and trend analysis to guide pricing strategies and inventory planning. Partner with the analytics team to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.
• Operational Excellence:
• Monitor key performance metrics, including revenue per unit, gross margin, conversion rates, and customer acquisition. Ensure profit and loss accuracy in collaboration with the finance team and maintain pricing parity across platforms. Set up robust reporting processes to provide a comprehensive view of portfolio health.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with stakeholders across functions to drive high-revenue days and deliver business objectives. Take ownership of automation projects, proactive alert mechanisms, and operational efficiencies. Develop Excel-based business models for scenario analysis and assist in preparing business proposals.

What We Are Looking For:

At least three years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, pricing strategy, or related roles. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools to conduct in-depth business analysis. A proactive mindset to drive innovation, automation, and process improvements.
