Purpose of the Job : Responsible for To achieve the key Production objectives through innovative manufacturing practices and process
Major Responsibilities :
1. Indirect Cost
2. Completion of Deming document preparation
3. Customer Focus
4. Final Mixer Assessment score
5. Daily MIS work of department data monitoring
6. Compound Scrap
Authorities: -
To Stop the machine in case of any quality, safety deviation & machine abnormality
Allocation of SMT s to Training programs
Attendance Approval
Skill evaluation of SMTs
