As a Nursing Tutor at Apollo Medskills, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive training and development programs for nursing students and healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth theoretical and practical training sessions to equip learners with essential skills and knowledge, enabling them to excel in the healthcare industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing with a minimum of one year of experience.
• M.Sc. in Nursing is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Kannada.

Salary: ₹2.0 ₹4.2 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Moderation:
• Review and enhance nursing education materials to maintain accuracy and relevance.
• Ensure all materials align with industry standards and best practices.
• Coordination:
• Organize and oversee educational programs, workshops, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with team members for seamless execution of training events.
• Training Development:
• Design and develop curriculum, training resources, and presentations for nursing programs.
• Adapt materials to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Hands-On Training:
• Deliver engaging, in-person training sessions to nursing students and healthcare staff.
• Demonstrate clinical techniques, procedures, and industry best practices in a real-world learning environment.
• Classroom Instruction:
• Conduct interactive and engaging offline classes.
• Foster a supportive environment for students to ask questions, practice skills, and receive feedback.
