Job Title: Project Finance Manger

Job Overview: Apollo Intelligence is poised to be the leader in market research for pharma and life sciences. As a part of Project finance team, this role will be coordinating and executing all activities associated with different projects with clients. This role is expected to build and maintain fruitful relationships with project managers, stakeholders, and various departments within our organization.

This role will report to FP&A team and dotted line to local team in India with an opportunity to work in a hybrid mode. Since this role will support business partners and teams across US, EU and India, it will need some time zone overlap and will be working in 1 PM IST to 10 PM IST timing.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create budgets, financial models, and forecasts. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Analyzing the project's financial viability.
• Assess project profitability and financial health and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Implementing new or revised financial policies and systems for better financial management.
• Maintaining project and documentation records, including project, staff and consultants contracts.
• Conducting reviews to ensure the project was successful financially.
• Regularly reviewing project costs and makes recommendations for improvements.
• Communicates status reports on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Manage multiple ongoing projects and ensure projects are completed according to time and budget schedules.
• Utilize creative and analytical thinking to develop solution alternatives and provide recommendations.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, cost-effective solutions to the business.

Qualifications and Skills:

• MBA/Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance & Accounting
• 9+ years of progressive experience in project finance process or similar roles.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing work effectively.
• Complex problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Strong communication and experience in presenting and reporting on project plans to appropriate stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of internal and external financial reporting.
