Evaluate patients with neurological conditions, to determine appropriate treatment options . Develop individualized treatment plans for patients, which may include surgery, radiation therapy, and medication . Perform complex surgical procedures on the brain, spine, and peripheral nerves . Monitor patients during surgery to ensure safe administration of anaesthesia and identify any adverse reactions or complications . Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care to patients with neurological conditions . Provide critical care and emergency services to patients who require urgent neurological intervention, such as trauma victims or patients with acute medical conditions . Document patient care and maintain accurate records of surgical procedures, patient progress, and any adverse reactions or complications .
