Program Manager

The Project Manager for International Projects, will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and acquiring strategic international projects that align with the company's global expansion goals. This role involves conducting financial analysis, due diligence for every lead which comes to Apollo group from International projects, Marketing and other sources. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to analyse the traction from these leads to the group , Conducting structured surveys on Market reputation on the leads. This role will coordinate with different verticals and subsidiaries of Apollo group for the integration on each project . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, M&A processes, and project management.

• Financial Analysis on O&M, M&A and Investment Opportunities:
• Conduct financial analysis on potential O&M, M&A opportunities and Investment opportunities including target company financials, operations, and industry trends.
• Prepare detailed financial models to assess the impact of potential O&M M&A and Investment transactions.
• Due Diligence & Valuation:
• Assist in the due diligence process, ensuring thorough analysis of financial statements, operational efficiency, and market positioning.
• Support the valuation process for target companies using various methodologies.
• Market Research & Industry Analysis:
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks in international markets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Conduct regular surveys on International Project Reputation Analysis.

Presentation & Reporting:

• Prepare presentations, reports, and investment memorandums related to potential O&M,. M&A opportunities and Investment opportunities for senior management and stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Projects,legal, finance, Marketing, Medical and operations, to ensure seamless execution of O&M,M&A and Investment transactions.
• Participate in negotiations and deal structuring to align with company goals.
