Role & responsibilities .

• Conduct regular reconciliation of vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and track expenses against budgets for pharmacy operations.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports relate to accounts payables.
• Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations for vendor payments.
• Prepare and submit required reports for statutory compliance & Audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounts payable.
• Collaborate with the procurement and finance teams to align on payment cycles.
• Reconcile accounts payable balances and prepare payments (checks, transfers).
• Maintain accurate records and assist with month-end/year-end processes related to audits.
• Monitor aging reports and address past due invoices.
• Manage and resolve inquiries via mail and calls.
