Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage OT operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the department.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff members to ensure efficient patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for OT management.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in an Operation Theatre setting.
- MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Nursing (GNM).
- Strong knowledge of OT management, OT scheduling, and OT operations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with medical teams.
