Job Description

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience (Years):

  • Proven experience of min. 4+ years in sales, with at least 2+ years in the DSA channel.

Job Role & Responsibilities:Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Drive business growth through the DSA channel by building and maintaining strong relationships with at least five active DSAs.
    • Achieve monthly sales targets consistently by leveraging the DSA network.
  • Sales Promotion Activities:
    • Conduct sales campaigns and promotion activities in the open market, such as camps, events, and other marketing initiatives with DSAs
  • Channel Partner Engagement:
    • Visit DSA offices daily to maintain active engagement and provide necessary support.
    • Regularly train channel partners on product offerings, schemes, and market strategies to boost sales.
    • Ensure timely communication and rollout of new schemes and promotional plans.
  • Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Monitor daily logins, sales performance, and key metrics, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to management.
    • Analyze sales trends of DSAs sales performance, highlighting key metrics and identify areas for improvement or additional support.
  • Channel Partner Support:
    • Ensure timely and accurate pay-outs to channel partners, maintaining trust and a positive working relationship.
    • Ensure effective budget and brand/PL stock utilization by DSAs in the promotional campaigns
    • Collaborate closely with DSA sales agents to facilitate seamless communication and support their sales efforts.
    • Provide timely and accurate information to DSAs regarding product offerings, promotions, and sales
  • Strong understanding of the retail/ loyalty products, retail service products like Cards, Insurance, Telecom, exposure to FMCG distribution etc.
  • Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in excel
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong network within the DSA ecosystem.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and drive results.
  • Achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
  • Growth in DSA network and partnerships.
