Job Description
- Execution of Organisations policies, process, procedures, business strategy, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for branch growth.
- Align all reporting functions, Business Development, Service Delivery, Clinical Excellence, Billing & Collection, SCM, Admin, HR etc to get desire results.
- Business Development – Relationship Management with hospital / Key opinion Leaders / Doctors / Market Survey, Sales Plan, Lead generation, Tie ups, Marketing activities ATL / BTL, Sales Target Achievement.
- Ensure service delivery – deployment of nurses / Doctors, achieving clinical / quality scores, adherence of process/ SLA / TAT, customer feedback, supervisor roasters and Prepare MIS
- HR – Identifying right resource, training, coaching, recruitment of Nurses, tie up with colleges, Agencies, DEO, developing future leaders, Attrition Management, Conduct Motivational and Staff engagement Activities.
- Market Expansion, Identifying / Launching new service / Products lines, collaborate with hospitals / Doctors to launch new seasonal business products, strategic tie ups with Vendors.
- Team Management – Execute, monitor business operations, identify problems, discuss and offer suitable solutions to team to overcome challenges, lead from front.
- Allied Business – SCM – Drive medical equipment sale / Rental business, identify suitable suppliers and develop them to key strategic vendors, provide logistics, administration support, establish tie up with hospitals / Doctors to promote equipment and Consumable business.
Qualification:
Education: Graduation / Post Graduation in any stream.
Experience: 8 to 12 Years of Experience in handling the branch Operations, Sales & P&L from hospital / Healthcare Industries.
- Hands on Sales and Marketing expertise in retail / Healthcare / Pharmacy / Medical Equipment industry.
- Proven experience track record in Sales, Marketing, Target achievement, Branch / Regional level P&L responsibilities.
- Strong on Team Management, Process Management, Problem solving expertise.
- Market survey technics, Sales forecasting, Key MIS and Projections.
- Hands on Presentation skills and Communication skills
- A strategic thinker, with excellent business execution expertise, lead from front leadership skills.
