Job Description: Lead - In-Clinic Monetization

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead our In-Clinic Monetization efforts. This role will focus on generating revenue by establishing partnerships with various FMCG brands and ensuring the effective supply and utilization of advertising resources within our clinics. The ideal candidate will leverage Apollo's existing ecosystem to optimize monetization strategies while owning the P&L and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to tie up with FMCG brands to drive revenue through in-clinic advertising.

- Partnership Development: Collaborate with clinics to integrate advertising solutions into their operations, maximizing the potential of Apollo's existing ecosystem.

- P&L Ownership: Take full responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement related to in-clinic monetization initiatives, ensuring financial targets are met.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to design and execute effective marketing campaigns that promote brand partnerships.

- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential FMCG partners that align with our monetization goals.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare space, with a proven track record in brand monetization or similar roles.

- Brand Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working directly with brands, particularly in developing and executing partnership agreements.

- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop actionable strategies based on market insights.

- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with internal teams and external partners.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.

- Experience in managing P&L responsibilities.

- Knowledge of the FMCG landscape and advertising trends within healthcare.
