About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Full Stack Developer with over 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Laravel, Vue.js, Inertia.js, and Tailwind CSS, contributing to the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications using Laravel, Vue.js, Inertia.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Implement and manage multi-tenancy architecture using Tenancy for Laravel.
• Develop robust user authentication and role-based access control with Laravel Breeze and Spatie Permissions.
• Optimize application performance with high-performance caching using Redis.
• Implement real-time communication features using Laravel Echo.
• Manage background jobs and asynchronous processing using Laravel Queues and Horizon.
• Write and maintain comprehensive test suites using Pest for thorough quality assurance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of applications.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Strong expertise in Laravel and Vue.js frameworks.
• Proficient with Inertia.js and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with multi-tenancy implementation using Tenancy for Laravel.
• Solid understanding of MySQL database design and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Laravel Breeze and Spatie Permissions for user management.
• Knowledge of Redis for caching and performance optimization.
• Experience with real-time communication via Laravel Echo.
• Proficient in managing job queues with Laravel Queues and Horizon.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Pest.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
