About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Payment Engine Functional Consultant to join our clients banking project in Saudi Arabia. You will play a crucial role in designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Payment Engine functionalities tailored to complex banking environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical consultants, and key stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of payment solutions within the bank’s overall SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SAP Payment Engine functionalities.

Configure and customize SAP Payment Engine to handle various types of payment transactions, formats, and clearing mechanisms.

Collaborate with the project team to ensure alignment of Payment Engine solutions with end-to-end banking processes and compliance requirements.

Conduct functional testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and troubleshoot payment-related issues.

Provide expert guidance on best practices, optimization, and performance improvement opportunities.

Create and maintain detailed solution documentation, including functional specifications and training materials.

Support end-users through training sessions, workshops, and on-call assistance.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP Payment Engine in a banking or financial services environment.

Strong understanding of payment formats (SWIFT, ISO20022) and banking regulations.

Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into efficient SAP solutions.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia and work onsite.
