Role & responsibilities

Recording day-to-day financial transactions JV, PV-SALES-RECEIPT)

• Journal entries for adjusting and reconciling accounts.
• Maintenance of general ledger accounts.
• Updating cash and bank ledgers.
• Bank reconciliations on a periodic basis.
• Management of accounts payable and receivable.
• Review and adjustments of ledger accounts.
• Accounts payable and receivable management
• Managed payroll & Income Tax

Documentation Preparation:

• Invoices raised for exported services.
• Bank realization certificates or foreign inward remittance certificates (FIRC) to prove receipt of payment in foreign currency.

TDS Services

TDS Compliance

• Calculation of TDS liabilities for salaries, contracts, professional services, etc.
• Monthly payment of TDS to the tax authorities.

TDS Return Filing

• Preparation and filing of quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q for salaries, 26Q for non-salaries).
• Correction and revision of TDS returns, if necessary.

TDS Certificates

• Generation of Form 16 (for employees) and Form 16A (for other deducted
• Distribution of TDS certificates to employees and other deducted.

TDS Advisory

• Assistance in TDS applicability, rates, and sections.
• Guidance on TDS provisions under the Income Tax Act.
• Support Internal & External Audit & Company secretary to close the monthly and annually financials and other documentation as per Company standards
