Job Purpose:

Serve as a leading role in statistical programming: provide high-level statistical programming support to a wide range of clinical trials as a consultant, both internal and external; make a significant contribution to the statistical programming standardization. The individual also serves as a pivotal role for process and project management.

Location: Remote (WFH)

Experience: 9+ years

Job Responsibilities:

(a) Act as Statistical programming lead for large global or other major programs.

(b) Act as SME & provide technical solutions and advice to the staff and to clients on statistical programming.

(c) Act as subject matter expert for large-scale complex projects, providing hands-on support for the completion of projects. Solve critical technical problems.

(d) Work on process optimization & develop standard macros or applications to improve the efficiency, quality, and productivity of the department.

(e) Provide advanced technical training to internal members.

(f) Mentor and train junior team members.

(g) Ensure all statistical activities in accordance with internal and external quality standards, SOPs/WPDs, ICH-GCP and/or other international/local regulatory requirements.

(h) Provide support during internal & client audits

(i) Learn internal and external SOPs/WPDs, ICH-GCP and/or other international/local regulatory requirements.

(j) Initiate and participate in the ongoing review and improvement of processes activities
