Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.
Designed, implemented, and managed cloud-based infrastructure on AWS and Azure to support our applications and services.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitOps, and other tools to automate application deployment and monitoring.
Implement logging and monitoring solutions to ensure the health and performance of our infrastructure and applications.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve deployment processes, system reliability, and application performance.
Lead efforts in infrastructure automation, configuration management, and continuous improvement of our DevOps practices.
Act as a vocal advocate for DevOps best practices across the organization, driving initiatives to enhance our technology stack and operational processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve application deployment, environment configuration, and infrastructure management issues.
Stay up-to-date with DevOps tools, technologies, and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our operations.
Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong background in cloud services (AWS, Azure).
Proven experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitOps, Jenkins, or similar tools.
Extensive knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
Experience with logging and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.
Strong scripting and automation skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Excellent leadership skills with experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a diverse audience.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
Relevant certifications (such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a plus but not required.
