Human Resource Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire onboarding process, ensuring the smooth collection and organization of employee documentation, maintaining personnel files, and conducting inductions for new employees. Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Induction:

• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience from day one.
• Conduct employee inductions, providing essential company information, introducing policies and procedures, and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Prepare and distribute welcome kits, company handbooks, and other necessary materials to new employees.

1. Documentation & Personnel File Management:
   
• Collect and verify all required documentation from new employees, including identification, educational qualifications, experience certificates, and signed agreements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Ensure all documents are filed securely and confidentiality is maintained.
2. Employee Data Entry & Records:
   
• Enter and update new hire information in the HR management system and other databases.
• Ensure the accurate documentation of employee records, including personal information, tax forms, and employment history.
• Assist with periodic audits of personnel files and HR records.
3. Coordination & Communication:
   
• Act as the first point of contact for new employees, providing necessary information and answering queries regarding company policies, benefits, and processes.
• Collaborate with other HR team members and departments to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Provide administrative support for HR activities related to employee onboarding and orientation.
4. Additional HR Support:
   
• Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed, including organizing HR events, maintaining employee records, and supporting other HR functions.
