Job Title Executive - Dialysis Technician

Reporting To Manager - Home Dialysis

Work Timing 8AM - 8PM

6 days a week

Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities and Duties

• Initiates dialysis according to HHD protocol and patient prescription.
• To prepare dialysate according to established procedures
• To maintain accurate documentation & Filing
• To document treatment parameters and communicates patient condition and issues to Reporting Manager.
• To monitor patient during dialysis and documentations.
• To Report appropriately all dialysis – related emergencies to Respective Patients’ Nephrologist.
• Follow universal precaution and infection control policy at patients’ residence.
• Implement patient care plan as directed by Nephrologist / Physician / Reporting Manager.
• Monitor & Report patient outcomes.
• Ensures that you comply with all AKC’s policies and procedures.
• To daily update dialysis treatment record to Nephrologist/ Reporting Manager and in office clinical software.
• Ensures that medical records are complete.
• Work as a team member
