Apex Kidney Care Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our B2B initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving growth, forging strong partnerships with hospitals and healthcare chains, and expanding our footprint in the renal care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Expansion:
• Identify and target potential B2B clients, including hospitals and chains of hospitals, to expand the company's presence in the healthcare sector.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Contract Negotiations:
• Handle pricing discussions, agreements, and contract negotiations to secure beneficial partnerships for the company.
• Market Research:
• Conduct market analysis to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
• Cross-functional Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Performance Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation, and report to management on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Prior experience dealing with hospitals, healthcare institutions, or B2B sales is highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Education:
• Post Graduation in Business Administration, Marketing / Healthcare Management.
• Other:
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
