Quantity Surveyor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, Tender Estimates, DPRs, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for construction projects.
  
• Conduct quantity estimation from drawings and prepare detailed estimates for subcontractors' billing.
  
• Manage client billing by preparing invoices and ensuring timely payments.
  
• Create accurate drawings using AutoCAD software.
  
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Ability to work in office and site location , co-ordinate with clients for bill preparation.
• 2-5 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or relevant discipline.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BOQ Preparation, Drawing, Quantity Estimation, Sub Contractor Billing, Tender Estimation.
