Key skills for the job
VoIP and Telephony Systems: Proficiency in VoIP, SIP and telephony systems like CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager).
Support complete range of Cisco IP Telephony solutions and implement if it is a client requirement.
Strong understanding of networking protocols, routing, switching, and QoS (Quality of Service).
Hands-on experience with Ciscos telephony products, such as Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Presence, and Cisco Jabber.
Hand-on experience with Cisco CUBEs, Gateways, SME.
Knowledge of integrating telephony systems with other communication platforms and technologies.
Should have strong Cisco VOIP fundamentals and troubleshooting knowledge.
Troubleshooting Call Manager, Gateway , On Net PSTN Calling Issues.
Support configuration administration Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connection Servers.
Should be able to work on end user profile move , add, change, delete activities
Should have good understanding and config knowledge of CSS, Partition, route pattern, Unity connection, UCS server, CIMC and Esxi, Dial peers, Certificate renewal , maintenance work.
Should be proactive to identify security vulnerabilities and provide a fix (patch management).
Should be able to do application server backup and restore.
Should have experience on IOS upgrade /Firmware upgrades
